In addition to senior photos, Bruce specializes in wedding photography and fine art portraits, and started off his career as a scenic photographer traveling the globe. Bruce has been published in hundreds of magazines, books and calendars from Travel-Holiday magazine (Norway) to World Book Encyclopedia and has photographed famous athletes and Oregon's Governor.

Additionally, he was featured in an USA Today article about High School senior photography.

Bruce has also spoken to photographer organizations from New York to Florida and Michigan to Las Vegas .In January, he will be speaking in Orlando Florida and will also be a featured speaker for the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers' 10,000 member convention in London in January 2011 where over 50 countries are represented.

Bruce was featured in Professional Photographer Magazine about his destination engagement sessions where he has traveled to Smith Rock, the north Oregon coast, San Francisco (twice) and Washington D.C.

Recently Bruce was the cover and featured photographer in Studio Photography magazine.

Bruce was one of 90 speakers at the WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Professional International) convention in Las Vegas. Over 12,000 photographers attended! Bruce had photographers from South Africa, Guatamala, Scotland, England, and all over the United States and Canada attend his class about High School seniors. His image of Cole Peteson from Thurston was featured in the show guide.

In April 2010, Bruce's article about the Lane County Children's Contest was published in Professional Photographer Magazine.

The Register Guard published this Oregon wedding photography image and also featured one of his senior photography models and the Children's Miracle Network Calendar.

Recently, Bruce was featured with a 6-page layout in Rangefinder Magazine about his wedding photography.
