My 14 year old wanted to play soccer in High school, so off we go to get some good shoes. I followed the crowd and went to Sports Authority. Great store. No customer service.Â
We bought the Nike's. She tried them on. They looked cool. They were on sale and paid $35. Not bad.

Blisters appeared. Her coach suggested we try Rosa at Direct Kick and that they "are very helpful".Â
Wow, was that advice spot on. Â
Rosa educated us on heel slippage, material used and custom fitting and saw that her foot was wider than most and needed a different show than the Nike we bought (and he also carried). How sweat will change the shape of the shoe. How the cleats of the Nike were inferior to another updated cleat design. As a former professional soccer player himself, we were now thoroughly educated, helped and walked out paying $95, almost 3 times more than our original purchase.
But, its worth it-long term to avoid the mistakes/and poor fit.
It got me thinking. Isn't the same thing true with your senior portraits?  In trying to save money, we can walk away with a poor fit, and not feeling truly satisfied.Â
If you think about it, "Good Enough" doesn't apply to sports. To grades. To your senior pictures.Â
Let us help you be truly satisfied....its such an important Once-In-A-Lifetime experience.... From our CMN calendar 2009-10.
