Eugene Oregon High School Senior Portraits of Carley Beck, Marist HS, Class of 2014 Every summer my daughter would go to Camp Harlow and in time, attended First Baptist Church of Eugene (she now goes to University Fellowship, my wife and I attend a different church). It was there that she met Carley Beck and because friends with Carley and her younger sister Emily.
Both of the Beck girls attend Marist High School and it was a real pleasure to be able to take Carley's senior pictures.
Fall is always one of my favorite times. The weather isn't hot-it usually hasn't rained too much and the autumn colors are gorgeous. Here I'm photographing down on Carley, using leaves to give depth to the image.
Same tree, totally different look. Same attractive model though!
Many High School seniors in Eugene, Oregon and all over the United States are missing out of the experience of also getting indoor senior portraits taken. Its a whole different feeling and look that is fun to be a part of.
It was great that Carley's mom encouraged her to bring her violin. The hours you put into something (be it art, sports or music), should be celebrated in your senior photos.
Going outside, especially with overcast days, I use a huge bright reflector-which makes a huge difference in the finished product. Here Carley is helping carry it.
We had a lot of fun taking her senior photographs. She acted and looked like a model.
Carley's favorite color is pink, beverage is green tea and she is involved with sports (track) and reading. She wanted her senior portraits to capture her senior year. She is a very caring, outgoing and easy to be with person. A great model for my lens!
